3 things: I'm very critical, spent 15yrs in customer service and have very expectations. I have to say in Sweden I did not experience even good service, so Katja and Simon proved me that it's possible and it's a question of approach and attitude, not limited possibilities. They are both outrageous in perspective of communication, reaction time, problem solving. I have to say I'm amazed and they were able to do it above my standards.
