We were very pleased with the Shugard box. The Shugard Morangis team (especially Naoum) took great care of us, and I appreciate the excellent service we received. Naoum was extremely professional and accommodating. The customer service was impeccable. He guided us through the process efficiently. He is an asset to this company. I had a very good experience here when I need to store my luggage here for a month. Customer service provided by Christelle was excellent. Though I can’t speak French, Christelle was very patient and communicated with me very well. I will recommend foreigners to use this service especially you have a long travel and want to get rid of your heavy luggage. It is much better than luggage locker. Cheaper and bigger space. Recommended!
