I had an excellent experience with Shurgard Nieuwegein, and especially with Britney, who assisted me throughout the information and selection process. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional, she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process of choosing and setting up my storage unit smooth and stress-free. My friend got a unit and the person on the phone took the time to explain everything in detail. They made the contract over the phone, guided him through signing it, and helped set up the app. Inside, everything works through the app (doors, elevators, etc.). They also provide large trolleys, which help a lot when moving things around. It’s not the cheapest option though, and I still need to review the checkout experience.
