Everything works very well. But I am deeply disappointed that I have to pay for an insurance with them when I have one that according to my insurance company is approved. This caused the price to increase significantly. Shurgard says you can use your own but does not approve the one my insurance company says is approved. Feels like a typical SCAM!!!!
