Alexandre was very helpful, effective and professional. The unit was already prepared for me and the access was very easy. I recomand Shurgard if you need any storage place !!

Well maintained storage business. Prices may be a bit lower than other locations of Shurgard. Worth checking. Ample parking, enough for large lorries. Quite busy on weekends. No onsite administration, need to go to their site in Wavre for paperwork. The nearby access road is quite packed at peak hours. Might be of some inconvenience when leaving the site.
We arrived at the premises to confirm our booking for the storage space. The customer service rep on the day was excellent. The person's attention to detail, empathy and making us feel valued was exceptional. I really felt at ease and could trust her with everything. This was more important to me than the location itself which was clean and easy to get around anyway. Truly this was an excellent example of how to look after your customer.
Very clean, safe. Only complaint which I am sure will be fixed when they read this : only one trolley for moving stuff. Luckily there was no one else there. Because if there had been someone else there would have been 0 trolleys. And that is not good - I had hired a van by the hour.
