I had the pleasure of dealing with Sabrine at this office 2 weeks ago. My french is ok but she adjusted her speed so that I could understand everything in order to set up my storage, the payment and she took me to show the location of my box and answered any questions that I had. I am very happy with what this facility offers. It is a good price, very simple to access, clean and safe. Thank you Sabrine !!
Very rude and unprofessional! I've been a customer since 2023, always paid on time and have always been polite to the staff. When the time came to move (gave them a month notice) I hired a moving company to help me move. On the day of the move the ladies in the office had some problem with the movers and in the middle of my move blocked my access then demanded I pay them 100€ so I can finish my move.
