We prefer to go on public holidays to avoid the traffic since we live 70km away. The second-to-last time, we got stuck in the elevator. We called the company from inside the elevator, and they told us they couldn't do anything because it was a public holiday. Luckily, the other customers, being good Samaritans, did everything they could to get us out, 80cm off the ground. We, along with other customers, had to unload our belongings by hand.
