Great place! location is great, price is competitive, but the main highlight is their people! Mani was absolutely brilliant explaining all the details, he was patient, clear and look to accommodate for all my requirements. Definitely recommend it!
It's a good place to store your things if your about to be evicted or leaving your girlfriend/Boyfriend..You don't get a padlock you are given one of their locks which can only be used with them.Thats a good marketing ploy.The storage buildings kept clean. The only thing had a slight problem with.i lost my debit card but I took a photo of it on my phone but the battery had died. I had my plug and lead and asked the lady if I could charge my phone but she said I couldn't plug it in because it wasn't safety tested fair enough... read more
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the process to join was very easy.
Great storage, shame they only have 3 trolleys for the whole place. No staff present either.
I discovered Shurgard today and I can assure you that all the members of staff are very friendly and courteous. I benefited from the special promo. There is a high level of security. Don't be afraid to trust them as your stuff are going to be in a safe environment. Kudos to the team
