Shurgard was a joy to work with. Customer service was quick and efficient. Carlos, who we interacted with on the phone, understood our requirement, was patient with our queries and was responsive to our urgent requirement. Excellent help and advice from Sunny in Örebro. Spoke in English ( my native language) to me the whole time which was much appreciated, answered every question politely and with a lot of knowledge of the details of available units, access to them, rental prices and so on. Customer service okay, facilities are nice. Overall; when the facility gates locks on you when you are still at the facility, their security contractors charge exorbitant fees to let you out.

Great welcoming at the facility. At least for the first time I suggest you go in office hours for the great explainations, to receive answers to your doubts and to have a small tour of the building. Thank you Sunny ;)
