It was amazing experience. They provided me to real kindness and comfortable services. Furthermore, the safety issue regarding our luggages was also reliable. The staffs let me know the exact details, especially Elize & Jamie were super-nice including other members.
Quite abrupt and slightly misleading staff interaction on signing up. Easy to use storage facility though. Access is via app and Bluetooth.
Great service and thanks to Elize for sorting out my storage in Delft Noord. Very efficient, easy to understand and was given great tips. I’m very happy with the storage unit and also with the app for accessing my storage unit -that works great.
Definitely a 5-star! Excellent customer service provided by Iris. She was friendly, provided clear information, and ensured a smooth process during my visit.
