We have used Shurgard Roskilde over several years and can highly recommend them. The current team is led by Lucas, who is friendly, helpful and well-informed (and speaks excellent English!). The staff, in my experience, are always very nice and willing to help. Excellent.
Morten in Roskilde was extremely kind, competent and patient. He showed me several rooms, walked me through all the options, called me to follow up on my questions, answered properly about the contract. The place is clean, well-lit and safe. Now I have rented a second room - happy again.
Excellent service. Forgot to lock my storage and problem was instantly fixed.
