Melike was unbelievably helpful with our moving process! Unfortunately our Dutch is not very good but she spoke really good English as well, so she was able to explain everything perfectly! She answered all of our questions and was super helpful! Overall I would recommend this storage unit!
Jeffrey and Nico are so helpfull and warm. His shift ended and he still took the time to help us with everything. It's not my first time interacting with Jeffrey either. He has always provided the best costumer care.
Melike is extremely rude to customers. I am not satisfied with the service. When I was going to be 20 min late to my appointment, I called shurgard 30min ago that I will be late due to the traffic and instead Melike was super rude and sighing on my face that they have been waiting for you for so long and got mad at me, to the customer?! They also didnt inform me about the appointment in case there is a locksmith situation. So I had to do a couple of rounds go and back and was not able to pick my stuff. Cheyenne was very helpful in setting up my storage unit and have clear instructions on how to use it. Furthermore I was very pleased with the storage unit itself. Be aware the storage units are a bit chilly so wear a jacket or a jumper if you are moving things there allot.
We were terribly shocked finding so MUCH MICE POOP in our storage unit. Not only that, we had to throw away books and things that had been wetted by MICE URINE! Horrible!!! The previous location was way better. Never experienced this at the previous location.
