We were terribly shocked finding so MUCH MICE POOP in our storage unit. Not only that, we had to throw away books and things that had been wetted by MICE URINE! Horrible!!! The previous location was way better. Never experienced this at the previous location.
Nico was incredibly accommodating and gave us all the information we needed in our introduction. Nico showed us around all of the excellent facilities and so far we are very impressed.
The storage unit is in excellent condition, everything is very well organized, and you can tell it’s been cared for in great detail. Additionally, Chayenne was very kind and explained everything perfectly. A highly recommended storage unit!
Shugard storage here is very convenient. It is very well secured and ease of access. It is also clean and very well maintained. The staff; Chayenne is very professional and very straightforward. The instructions is clear. Her English is impeccable. It is clearly advised. Ask a lot of questions if you have any but for me. It is quite straightforward as I understand her.
Jeffrey helped really well with setting up my storage. The process was smooth and easy!
