We were terribly shocked finding so MUCH MICE POOP in our storage unit. Not only that, we had to throw away books and things that had been wetted by MICE URINE! Horrible!!! The previous location was way better. Never experienced this at the previous location.
The facility was very secure and clean. Linda helped me with checking in, showed me how to use the app and was overall very helpful! She also spoke English well when my dutch was not as good :)
I had a great tour with Linda. The facilities are clean and have good ventilation. I will recommend the storage I also had great service when registering for storage

Jeffrey such a nice guy, he informed me about everything about the storage unit and Shurgard policies, he know so well his work and about the brand. Also the security and cleanliness of the place is great! 100% recommended
