Jeffrey and Nico are so helpfull and warm. His shift ended and he still took the time to help us with everything. It's not my first time interacting with Jeffrey either. He has always provided the best costumer care.
Cheyenne was very helpful in setting up my storage unit and have clear instructions on how to use it. Furthermore I was very pleased with the storage unit itself. Be aware the storage units are a bit chilly so wear a jacket or a jumper if you are moving things there allot.

We are impressed with the 5⭐️ Customer service from Linda & her team. From her phone call to explaining us all the ins & outs. The facility is clean. She showed us around. Everything is very good accessible. Her services was impeccable!!
Had a really good experience at Shurgard Rotterdam Stadionweg. Came right at opening time on Sunday and was in a bit of a rush, but the assistant, Linda, was super helpful — got everything sorted quickly and explained how it all works. Really friendly and welcoming service.
