I was renting here for almost a year, so my opinion is based on long term experience. Unfortunately, the quality of customer service is disappointing. Communication is difficult, responses to questions are often lacking, and the staff’s approach can feel unprofessional and inconsistent. Melike was unbelievably helpful with our moving process! Unfortunately our Dutch is not very good but she spoke really good English as well, so she was able to explain everything perfectly! She answered all of our questions and was super helpful! Overall I would recommend this storage unit!
Jeffrey and Nico are so helpfull and warm. His shift ended and he still took the time to help us with everything. It's not my first time interacting with Jeffrey either. He has always provided the best costumer care.
We were terribly shocked finding so MUCH MICE POOP in our storage unit. Not only that, we had to throw away books and things that had been wetted by MICE URINE! Horrible!!! The previous location was way better. Never experienced this at the previous location.
Cheyenne was very helpful in setting up my storage unit and have clear instructions on how to use it. Furthermore I was very pleased with the storage unit itself. Be aware the storage units are a bit chilly so wear a jacket or a jumper if you are moving things there allot.
