Called around 10:30am and a very polite gentleman guided me and answered my questions. I went to the Industrivägen reception this Monday 10th. March. Found a very professional, kind and patient lady. I was looking for a storage unit for my work related items and wasn’t sure what size was right for me. I gave the customer support a call and the lovely Tilda was the person that picked up the phone. She was super helpful, answered all of my questions and even found me a better location and price for the unit I needed. I had a great experience and everything was super easy, she was polite, helpful and made my day!
The ladies and the gents who work in the office are very nice and professional. They never hesitate to help. The storage units are in a very good condition. You get your contract and everything done in no time.
