Literally the best customer service. Emma and Yasemin helped me move my storage account from the city to this one. Spoke English all the time, made sure I got the best price and walked me through the contracts I was signing point by point. Couldn’t recommend a better place!
Super happy with the services provided, but just a heads-up — make sure to cancel your contract at least 15 days before the next payment to avoid being charged for another month 😊 It’s in the contract, so that one’s on me — but definitely worth knowing!
It was fantastic experience in getting guidance from the customer service team. Emma from Shurgard has been very kind, informative in guiding through the process. One suggestion for the contracting conditions, as it can be simplified in better manner, as it is slightly time taking to understand the terms, billing mechanism for insurance. Lock can also be made in shared model to make it cost effective.
Facility is great and I feel very secure with leaving my stuff there. Logging into the app was a bit confusing, but Emma was very nice and patient with me and walked me through the process. With the app, entering and exiting the facility was easy
Rented a storage space from Shurgard for the first time, and from my experience, it is very well worth it. Great and easily accessible facilities, well priced compared to other options, and excellent customer support before as well as after rental starts.
