The staff were very helpful as we do not speak French and this is our first day in the country. Ratiba showed us where our unit was, how to access it and how to access entry to the premisis.She was very patient and spoke Spanish as it was our second language. Ratiba made the experience a pleasurable one. I can not say enough about how helpful she was.
