I recently visited a self-storage facility and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received. Ida, who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She patiently answered all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR BELONGINGS, STORE THEM IN THIS STORAGE! There is MOUSE in this storage. Lots of my clothes were eaten by mouse! I called them, but they just said "call the insurance"! The damage is tens of thousands SEK! Moreover, lots of mouse drops were over my beds and sofas! Almost everything was dirty!
So far, a really great experience with helpful staff and a very well run facility. An easy five stars.
