Friendly personal. Good price and safe location. So far only positive and satisfied about their service. The app is also great! Definitely recommend for people who need some extra storage!
We rented the storage unit for 2 months. From the beginning, the office staff were super friendly, attentive, and explained absolutely everything to us. They gave us a tour when we went to pick up the lock. They take you to your unit and show you where the bathroom is. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable storage place in Tilburg. Plus, there’s a mobile app that lets you open the car entrance gates and access your floor in the elevator — all via Bluetooth and without even having to get out of the car!

This is the 3rd time I am moving while living in the Netherlands, and I always go back to Shurgard to get my moving supplies! Trust me, I've tried several moving boxes but they have the best quality. - The mattress plastic cover is made off strong, qualitative plastic, and won't break while moving it around. Needed a temporary storage which was also affordable. After a quick call, it took only 10 minutes to reserve a storage space, made the payment and received the key to the storage at location. The lady I was on the phone with, Rosalyn or Roselien (I don’t know the dutch spelling) was really nice and explained it all too well. Then I was greeted at the location in Eindhoven West by another lady who was again, so nice and answered all my questions. This is top service, I highly recommend.
