Needed a temporary storage which was also affordable. After a quick call, it took only 10 minutes to reserve a storage space, made the payment and received the key to the storage at location. The lady I was on the phone with, Rosalyn or Roselien (I don’t know the dutch spelling) was really nice and explained it all too well. Then I was greeted at the location in Eindhoven West by another lady who was again, so nice and answered all my questions. This is top service, I highly recommend.
Superrr Nice people! The tour of the place was very informative & easy to use! With all the safety precautions I felt like my stuff would be really safe & trustable in Shurgard hands.
Great place to store your things. Plenty of parking space, elevators, trolleys. Many things that will make it easier for you to get to the right floor. Security system combined with an application on the phone - in this place your things are very safe. Price in comparison to quality are really impressive. This is the 3rd time I am moving while living in the Netherlands, and I always go back to Shurgard to get my moving supplies! Trust me, I've tried several moving boxes but they have the best quality. - The mattress plastic cover is made off strong, qualitative plastic, and won't break while moving it around. (It fits my mattress of 140x200) - The tape is not a just 'any other tape'. I recommend. A very simple and handy system, it seems very safe. the entire facility is monitored. Everything was taken care of within 2 days of booking the storage box. The whole thing was organized very efficiently and clearly. everything as described. I recommend an application that works on Bluetooth: opens the gate, controls the elevator.
