It’s well kept and clean. There are rumors about rats and we see traps everywhere but haven’t spotted the animals yet. Problem is that there are not enough trolleys available and that makes it difficult to transport goods.
Very professional and straightforward. Always they take time to help you.
Truly extraordinary! I’m so impressed by their kindness and attention to detail. I vacated earlier than planned without notifying them, but they somehow figured it out, understood the situation, and even refunded me. Such thoughtful and proactive service is rare—I can’t recommend them enough! One thing to improve might be adding some directions outside the building, as it could help new visitors find their way more easily
very friendly and helpful customer service! My agent Felipe first asked a few questions to figure out the necessary size and then found the best prize for me! All costs are made transparent right from the start and I was made aware that the contracts are very flexible regarding changing the unit and cancelling. I hope you all will have the chance to be consulted by Felipe or at least someone who is doing the same good job!
