We are using Shurgard Buc for business storage and the site is well organised and the team is very helpful and friendly. Plenty of trolleys, easy to access using the app to open all doors. We have a large unit with roller door which is very easy to get items in and out of.

I am in the process of moving house and need to store personal belongings for a few months at Versailles - Buc. My moving date is Sunday when the facility at Buc is closed. I contacted Shurgard-Buc and ARNAUD talked me through the process in detail, helped me set up a new contract at a very good price. He was extremely thorough and helpful and he also spoke excellent English, which made things much easier on my side. Service was first class

Very polite helpful attentive staff and fantastic prices. The only niggle was that the storage was advertised as street level - and it is, kind of, but you still have to go up a big ramp and halfway through the building. Box doors are also quite small necessitating Tetris skills to get furniture through.
