I believe personally, they are quite friendly and really helpful. Anton helped us recently to manage our requested changes and Oliver who was the person that helped me in the beginning. They are very nice but also professional behavior. They manage our desires quickly and clearly. Just a prefect service and I highly recommend it to everyone
Very professional advice, very helpful and very friendly staff. The access worked without any issues and the storage was nicely clean. I used it for one month for moving from one flat to another. I really can recommend it further as the pricing was great for what service you get.
