Initially, everything seemed fine the rates were reasonable and the process was straightforward. However, after only a short period, the rates almost doubled, which made me decide to move out. The ease of booking online with a selection of sizes, insurances and whether a lock was required couldn't have been easier. Arriving at the site, using the app made everything so easy to access the compound and use the lifts. The lock was in the storage room ready for us and nothing was too difficult. Well insulated areas so we know nothing will get damaged due to damp. Very happy with the ecperience

Kieran was very helpful and personable with good knowledge of the Shurgard services/offers. He was able to show us a variety of units so that we could find the best for us. He was then able to give us a detailed rundown of costs and future options.
