I originally booked the storage unit in Farnborough while it was changing hands from another company to Shurgard, however on booking the unit, Shurgard didn’t inform me that it was changing over, as such the opening hours were a lot less, the padlock didn’t come with as many keys as stated. The staff apologised and transferred me to Camberley branch which is a normal Shurgard storage facility. I did ask the staff at Farnborough when I was transferred over about cancelling and they just said it was 15 days, when it should be... read more
I rented a storage unit at the wokingham branch and have been very happy with the whole system. Kieran, at the front desk, has been particularly helpful and unfailingly polite. If you ever need storage, I would highly recommend Shurgard
