Weve just rented a storage unit and the online sign up process was easy, ID verification online was a bit quirky but they called me to check everything was ok and sent a new link. Then went we got there we got a little stuck with the app, but there was someone there to help and we got all settled in, then today we've had a follow up call to check it all went well.
