Came in to purchase boxes at the weekend and was surprised to see Richard who had assisted me previously with a storage unit in Camberley and he's still offering the usual great service that I've also received in the past.
I had such a great experience with David who helped me at the Shurgard storage unit in Wokingham. He was really friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make everything easy. He explained the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the right unit for my needs. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Highly recommend!
David was polite, helpful and extremely efficient. Said he would call me back to confirm changes and he did! Unlike others who’d had 6 hours to sort and hadn’t! Great service and customer experience- thank you.
After storing my belongings for the past 24 months I’m happy to say that I’ve always had a consistently great experience. The set up and moving out procedures were easy to follow. The staff are very friendly and are well knowledged in the services Shurgard provides so they are always happy to answer any questions I had during my stay. Thank you to Kieran who made my move out experience as smoothly as possible especially given that I was relocating shortly after moving my things out
We used ‘SureStore’, Wokingham to hold a number of items temporarily as we moved home for the first time in 50 years! The advice, help and courtesy we experienced, especially from employees Gemma and Tia, was outstanding and took a great deal of stress out of all the moving process.
