Generally had a decent experience with Shurgard Woolwich certainly their staff are very good and conscientious hence 3 stars. However Shurgard has to deal with the pest issue. I came to take my things out of storage yesterday and discovered I had had a mice infestation. The manager was quick to get me the form to make an insurance claim and emailed all the additional info I would need. Found it very easy to book a storage space, and at a reasonable price. Thanks to Mark at customer services who was very helpful in talking us through the process, how to use the app and answering our queries. I would definitely recommend and I will be using Shurgard in future.
Great setup for self storage. Fred was helpful and explained access and how the units are mapped out. Support call team were also very responsive. Great storage option!
A bit of a confused start to the rental as we wanted a different unit from the one allocated, broke off partway through registration and was unsure of the opening times as various people I spoke to prior said different times. One call and Bret sorted it all out quickly. Thanks Bret! (",)
