Generally had a decent experience with Shurgard Woolwich certainly their staff are very good and conscientious hence 3 stars. However Shurgard has to deal with the pest issue. I came to take my things out of storage yesterday and discovered I had had a mice infestation. The manager was quick to get me the form to make an insurance claim and emailed all the additional info I would need.
