I made a typo error when sending an email to cancel my contract and apparently, I have to pay for a whole month without using the premises, even though I corrected the error ad soon as I received the invoice (which I didn't expect). I called customer services and they told me they'd call me back but never did.
GREAT customer service!! Super patience representative ready to answer all my requests and wait on the phone until I was able to finish the process. It was great to do all the process online from home (payment, insurance, contracts, etc) and price was a super deal due to current promotion. My dogs were happy too.
