Extremely unimpressed with the staffing. My fiancée and I had a year lease here and did the paperwork to leave a month early and still paid for the month we weren't there. That's fine, the part that is unbelievable to me is the fact they are trying to now charge us for another month outside of the year we paid for because they can't find the paperwork and assumed we still lived here? Do you want to get scammed out of thousands of dollars? This is the place for you! Not only did we pay $75 a month (for multiple months $225) for a garage we NEVER had access to, we also paid $150 in convenience fees for the complex to pay our electric.. you can imagine our shock when we woke up to NONE and spent 2 days in the dark.. Then comes time to leave, we left them 60 days notice with a forwarding address you can bet we never received our $500 security deposit back OR got a list of deductions.. This place sucks. They auto withdrawal security deposits here regardless if you are approved or disapproved. Downright awful and almost snake-like practices. Even if you get denied you still have to pay $500 security deposit! I have never heard of something this awful. $35 application fee, but really it’s $535 if it all gets auto withdrawn at the same time. You pay deposits to secure the place after you apply, when you sign the lease! I mean do these people seriously think they’re doing the right thing here? Are they unaware... read more
I dont live here but had a tour. The apartments are nice and new-ish. They have a wonderfully fair dog policy with no breed restrictions and a nice view of agriculture land if you live in the north side of the building. Also, they have a beautiful gym and communal area. I'm writing the review because management were kind enough to get me a tour on little to no notice. Great job management.
Currently live here probably the best place in town that I've seen easily, only problem are the roofers they start at 8 go until about 10 ish then they stop all day until about 6-7 pm and they're always rude to me whenever I go down to my car and keep my 3 year old from sleeping and it's getting really annoying
