Sierra Pacific installed a new HVAC system in my home in January this year. It only took two days but the final day was Friday and the installers verified there was heat coming out of A vent, but did not verify the system was working before leaving. This was a two zone system (upstairs and downstairs). The upstairs zone didn't work at all (no heat), the downstairs zone deliver little heat on the 1st floor, but all of the upstairs vents were pouring out heat (80+ degrees). I purchased a Generac whole-house automatic backup generator system through Costco. Their contractor, Sierra Pacific (Bob McGinnis), educated me during the consult, sold me an appropriate system for my home, and made the financing easy. About one month later, Will Powers, Christian F, Luis R and Tony A worked for 4 days to perform a very clean install, answering all my questions during the process. We’ve had Sierra Pacific for many years doing preventative maintenance and repairs on our heating and air conditioning systems and our swimming pool solar heating and pump/filter systems. They do an outstanding job of complying with their contractual obligations related to preventive maintenance and are quick to respond to repair/warranty work. The technicians are always friendly, clean and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of service.
