I had a new HVAC put in last week and the installation team was wonderful. They were on time and explained everything to me throughout the process. In fact, the entire experience was seamless from my initial call to the completion of the install. I went through Costco and was very pleased.
Solar 10 years ago and HVAC and split zone 6 months ago. Fantastic ompany all around. Had a serious problem with solar 2 years after install related to our unique house. Came out, verified the problem in 2 minutes, explained the solution, 2 days later removed and put back the entire system including the grid and new brackets with a 35' high roof. Absolutely amazing when it comes to install and service.
We contacted Sierra Pacific in February to service our HVAC system which we had had many problems with. As we have a service contract with them a tech came out, diagnosed the problem and suggested the repair. A condition which had already been repaired twice. We decided to look into replacing the entire system. Kris came to our home. He was punctual and professional. Michael was concise, professional, well-spoken, thorough, and very informative. He was a gentleman through and through, respectful, and meticulous about cleaning behind him and disinfecting. Thankfully, the water heater temp just needed to be turned up and some light cleaning around the thermocoupler. Very satisfied with Sierra Pacific!!
