The Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort company replaced our 20+ year old A/C and furnace system. They use high quality equipment (Lennox). The company and the people involved in this job exceed expectations: showed up in time, were courteous and very professional, and thoroughly cleaned up after finishing. Sierra Pacific Heating and Air are top notch! They put a new HVAC system in my home in September 2017 and they have been behind the product since day one! They come to my house for all my concerns and sometime when I think I have a problem and assure me that there is NO problem. Their service men respect my home and ensure they leave nothing behind down to a speck of dust. Sierra Pacific is the best out there and they defiantly take care of their customers. Due to some misunderstandings regarding our pool solar heating, I was less than thrilled with Sierra Pacific and let them know via e-mail. Well, not only did Tricia follow up with a phone call, she sent Scott out to make things right. He went well out of his way to make sure that we understood what was happening with our pool and even cleaned our filter for us! I was very impressed with the follow up and courtesy shown by all the Sierra Pacific personnel. They definitely care about satisfying the customer.
