In the past I have had speedy and satisfactory service relating to my solar pool heating; however, they've made some changes in their service schedule, and I had to wait 10 days for a return technician to unfix what the previous technician had done. Had sierra pacific doing a generator install for me and ran into a roadblock on our old house. They sent out Milton and Eddy Arriaga, the dynamic electrician duo, who were able to quickly address the issue ensuring our electrical system was safe and up to standards. Absolutely amazing guys and amazing service.
Very professional team came out to install a/c and heating units. They were here as promised, and they run two schedules for, one for installs where a/c is working and one for installs where a/c is not working. This is helpful if your a/c goes out in the middle of a heat wave as ours did! The team was careful and laid down drop clothes to prevent any damage or dirt, then vacuumed up after they were done.
A/C went out at height of hot weather. Called & they came out almost immediately & fixed it.
Had a problem with my A/C during the horrible heat wave we just endured. I called on a Wednesday and they were here on Friday. Unheard of! The technician diagnosed the problem and replaced the part on the spot. Also unheard of! I enthusiastically recommend Sierra Pacific!

I would just like to say that I highly recommend Anthony. I have a complex system & there were several things wrong. He took the time to explain to me as well as troubleshot what he could & then make sure that someone would follow up w/ me to fix the problem after more research is done. He was very professional!
