Today, Kevin Johnson and Trevor Grannis, from Sierra Pacific, came out to my house to troubleshoot my heater. It was a second opinion for me... They were most professional, efficient and thorough. They both exhibited a “sense of urgency” to help get the heat back on! After locating the problem, Kevin called around to find the part needed. After locating the part, they both hopped in their truck, drove to Rancho Cordova from Folsom and back, and returned within 35 minutes with the part! Now that’s real “customer service”!... read more

We had some hiccups in our new Heater/AC system. On a service call, one of the techs notices an improperly installed conduit, which restricted air flow through the system. (First 5 stars). Tech team Adam and Clyde came out and corrected the situation, which now allows proper air flow and lowers backpressure on the system. Great support, easy to work with and left the house cleaner than when they got here. (Second 5 Stars).
