Got the air conditioning problem taken care of! Yay! Plugged air condensation pipe caused the water to back up and overflow the drip pan everywhere. Big shout out to Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort for speedy service on this busy hot holiday weekend. Also to their friendly, personable and very knowledgable service repair tech Christopher who is most certainly a real asset to their staff! THANK YOU!
Shout OUT to these guys from Sierra Pacific! They were wonderful to work with. First we had to get a new furnace unit and then we found out that 36 percent (or more) was escaping out of our old duct work!!!! Arg. They spent 4 days under our house and in the attic. I felt so bad for them but they have great attitudes and are VERY nice guys. We would highly recommend this team.
We've had Sierra Pacific install a new air conditioning system and a whole house fan into our house. The experience was fantastic. The installation crew was wonderful. They were very professional, courteous, punctual, worked hard and efficient. They answered all the questions we had. I was also very impressed with how clean they kept our house during the entire process. Everything is working great, we are very happy with the experience.
Just finished the install of a new Lennox Elite HVAC system in my house. The crew (Brian,Chris,Chris, and Mike) did an outstanding job! Very professional work, great attitude, and responsive to my questions. Take care of these guys! They are good employees. The job was finsihed on time as promised, cleanup was great. Looking forward to my solar install next. I highly recommend Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort !
