Overall it’s not the worst place to live. The inside and outside are very pretty but it’s not going to last long. We were the first to live in our unit. The apartments were cheaply made and quickly thrown up. Many of our kitchen cabinets were breaking and falling apart, we couldn’t open the “pantry” cabinet without hitting the lights above it, the front door had to be adjusted because air and light was coming through it, the AC was beyond LOUD, gaps in both bathrooms at the shower which will cause mold eventually, the paint ... read more
The staff at Sierra Vista are very responsive to questions and concerns. Maintenance has been out in a timely manner, and Nick is very pleasant and helpful. I would like to suggest the floor plan include a linen closet and a bar for hanging clothes in the laundry closet. The pool area is beautiful. I would also like to suggeat the pool hours start at 6 or 7 am for those like my husband qho would enjoy an early morning swim.
If you live by the Tot Lot your quality of Life will be affected in a huge negative way- Parents send there kids there un supervised like its a babysitting service - They leave garbage , There screaming, They throw rocks its ridiculous - They charge way to much for the location In addition the quality of tenants are horrible - They dint vet people they just take your money. The noise here is unbearable sometimes while I’m trying to work from home. I can hear my neighbors 24/7 when their kids run up and down the stairs, when they run around their unit, close cabinets, and when they even talk. We’ve reported this twice to management. The internet lags so bad. We are definitely going to be looking for another place to live. Not worth the amount that’s charged a month. from Hillsboro, OR and the transition was amazingly easy thanks to Reece. I originally applied to move in October 15, 2020 and within a week changed my move date to a month early (09/15/2020). Reece made it all possible in such a short notice and was very prompt and professional to work with. While they brag about their 1000MB Internet, you will NOT get 1000MB and they will NOT fix it. Gigamonster technician was out a few times and finally told me that their equipment can NOT handle the 1000MB service. He tried to up sell me to better equipment to be able to get what I was paying for which is included in rent and NOTHING you can do about it.
