I would not recommend going with them ever! They made big inflated promises of closing my loan in under 2 weeks, ended up taking a week longer and costing me perdiem with the seller of $2k with they didnt even take any accountability for. Secondly, they overpriced every service with no negotiations. Thirdly, they messed up on the name of the deed as well. Surprised by the quality of their service for the duration of time they have been in the industry.
