Excellant customer service, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. Shane goes over and above to make sure he gets your vehicle looked at and repaired in a timely manner, gives you an estimate that's reasonable, repairs only what's necessary. His shop has a home town feel and I highly recommend him. Our son and daughter in law take their 3 vehicles to Shane at Signature Auto and they are extremely satisfied with the work he's done. I always get stressed any time I have vehicle issues because I've never had a mechanic that I felt I could trust. Randomly I brought my car to Shane on a whim to see if he could patch a tire for me. 10 mins later he sent me on my way and I've been going back to him ever since. In those 10 mins it was obvious that Shane was an honest good mechanic who wasn't trying to nickel and dime me.
