Signature point Not to bad a place to live. Usually pretty quite and nice the up keep is great. one thing I will say though is that you have to pay for trash pick up and the trash people refuse to take anything else other than trash bags. . If you have a store bag with a little trash in It next to your big trash bag they will take the big trash bag and leave the small trash. Great place to call home This was our first apartment and we have made so many memories here. We have lived here for nearly three years and absolutely love it. The staff and maintenance team are very nice and helpful. We have never came across any issues with this place. It is in a great location with easy access to I-45. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful home.
Our First Home Signature Point Apartment complex is a wonderful place to live. Not only is the staff is friendly but they always great my family by each of our names. My husband moved to into the apartment before we married but once we married it became our first home. Within the first year of being apartment of Signature Point we went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom; our family was growing. Now we have a baby boy to bring more joy to our home. Great place I lived here for a year and I will be moving back great place to live. Quiet, clean and if I had any problems they were fixed immediately.
Very Poor Care for Residents This place was a nightmare! My apt had mold and it affected my children’s health. I had it tested by a 3rd party and there were 5 types of mold, 3 of those being on the top 4 most toxic list. They did absolutely nothing!! The hurricane caused a roof leak and 3 months later I still had the water spots in the master bedroom along with mold growing on the baseboards. No deposit back I moved out Signature Point Apartments in January 2016 because of many problems with the apartment and management. Rent would go up 50 to 80 dollars a year and you have to pay extra 25 dollars to park near your apartment. Their was raw sewage smell from the kitchen sink. The bedroom ceiling fan was not properly secured and the roof leaked on the patio. Unfortunate Find I moved into Signature Piint Apartments in mid April 2015 with high hopes. I have know several people who have lived here over the past decade and they liked the apartments. Since I have moved here I have had my bathtub resurfaced twice and caulked some 4 or 5 times with additional work needed. Roof leaks with contractors given Carte Blanc to roam through my unit unattended. Even the ceiling fan cannot be properly secured and to top it off had garage problems.
