Verified Renter I drove from Minnesota to San Antonio (19 and a half hour drive), to walk into my apartment that had water on the floor in the bathroom from an AC unit that was leaking, no hot water so I was unable to shower, an extremely dirty vent filter with vents that looked so dirty that I thought it was mold. Verified Renter Finding a apartment while Covid-19 is highly relevant in our lives wasnt easy. Applying to signature ridge and getting the help needed was very easy and Im still shocked on the process of it all. Within 5 days of applying I was moved in, and with my down deposit, my first two months are half off. Which during these times, is very useful and considerate. Verified Renter Signature ridge is a great place to live. The location is very convenient, the apartments lay out and size are very spacious and modern. The place is safe and quiet. The amenities - 2 pools, newly renovated gym and recreational/hang out spot are awesome. I enjoy living here and would recommend it to all.

Verified Renter I have been astounded by my experience living at Signature Ridge apartments! My roommates and I were able to get a beautiful, newly updated apartment with amenities, with no deposit. The resident services representatives are always professional and helpful. Signature Ridge also has an amazing resident rewards program. I won $500 in a drawing in fall 2019. I am so sad I have to leave after this year because of work. I highly recommend Signature Ridge apartments.
