Verified Renter I drove from Minnesota to San Antonio (19 and a half hour drive), to walk into my apartment that had water on the floor in the bathroom from an AC unit that was leaking, no hot water so I was unable to shower, an extremely dirty vent filter with vents that looked so dirty that I thought it was mold. Verified Renter Finding a apartment while Covid-19 is highly relevant in our lives wasnt easy. Applying to signature ridge and getting the help needed was very easy and Im still shocked on the process of it all. Within 5 days of applying I was moved in, and with my down deposit, my first two months are half off. Which during these times, is very useful and considerate. Verified Renter I am living in Signature Ridge for last 16 months and it has been great. I don't see any major issues till now and management team is trying to keep our community clean and that is really good. Leasing office team and maintenance team is really handling the things good.

Verified Renter Signature ridge is a great place to live. The location is very convenient, the apartments lay out and size are very spacious and modern. The place is safe and quiet. The amenities - 2 pools, newly renovated gym and recreational/hang out spot are awesome. I enjoy living here and would recommend it to all.

Verified Renter I have been astounded by my experience living at Signature Ridge apartments! My roommates and I were able to get a beautiful, newly updated apartment with amenities, with no deposit. The resident services representatives are always professional and helpful. Signature Ridge also has an amazing resident rewards program. I won $500 in a drawing in fall 2019. I am so sad I have to leave after this year because of work. I highly recommend Signature Ridge apartments.
