Very helpful with existing concerns and problems . Attempted to access unit after entering gate but lock was on unit door. My bill had been paid , acces code waa current but lock had been applied although I have gained entry several times since bill was paid. Ann was very kmowledgable of the situation and navigated all avenues to successfully rectify the problem . Thank you for deescalating what could have been a major problem.
We needed short term storage so we looked online and was able to find out that Siler City Self Storage had online move in which was great. When moving out, their CSR Dieter was a great help with my move out. It was quick and easy. Thank you Dieter.
