Since switching owners and dealing with several persons, Angela has been the most helpful and friendliest one with compassionate, caring, respectful and understanding. Good place and plenty of room to drive a moving truck around. Units were client and have a light inside. Moved a client in and was glad to see everything was in good condition with the unit!
DO NOT RENT STORAGE HERE!Customer service is horrible! Attempting to change lease from me to my friend has been a complete nightmare. In addition to hours on the phone, we’re being double charged for the space. Even though we specified the exact day for the lease to change hands, this was done the day the call was made, weeks prior to our requested date. Until we got customer service on the phone, neither of us had the code or was able to gain access to the storage unit THAT WE HAVE BOTH PAID FOR.
Cooper Siler City Storage has been great to work with. Cherryl was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.
