We needed short term storage so we looked online and was able to find out that Siler City Self Storage had online move in which was great. When moving out, their CSR Dieter was a great help with my move out. It was quick and easy. Thank you Dieter.
i was having email and bank card issues. Ms.Ruth stayed on phone and patiently help me to clear my problem. She explained everything i needed do. Thank you for your patience with me.
Deter helped me close out my account effortlessly even thought I forgot to take a photo. I had great service throughout the years that I used this facility.
