SVDI billing has been sending claims to Anthem instead of Blue Shield for all my bills then got denied and sent me a full charge in a statement . I have to call them in multiple bills and tell them the statement is BCBS Anthem listed but not Blue Shield . They have all the correct subscriber number and group ID not the right insurance company. I received a bill directly from Silicon Valley Diagnostic Imaging for a service that my doctor ordered at El Camino Hospital. Medicare already paid El Camino Hospital yet I received yet another bill from Silicon Valley Diagnostic Imaging stating that insurance denied the claim. There are many bad reviews for this company where they have been sending surprise extra billing. Total scam they tell you it’s 156 they bill you 156 before services and then a month later or so I received a bill for 555 additional to what I already paid. There are 90% of all the reviews say the same thing. I don’t know how they don’t get closed down for this. Totally criminal..
I scheduled an appointment for imaging services which was advertised at $156. I later received a bill via text for $529 in addition to the $156 I already paid. When I went to the bill payment link it stated if I paid $264.50 at that moment the rest of the balance would be considered to be zero owed. So I paid the $264.50. Now 6 weeks later I’m being billed via text for another $529. When I went to the website and logged into my account it even shows my previous payment and that they reversed it? Same thing as other people reported! They sent me a bill of $400+ at first, without billing my insurance. Then after a month or two, they figured my insurance and sent me a bill of $50+. I paid it. Then later they started to send me the $400 bill again! No way to reach them through phone. I guess I'll need to wait for collections to reach me? What a joke!
