We loved our experience. Fast and friendly. Our storage was easy to access and very clean. Place to go if you need a great place to store your items. Plus he has a green thumb growing a monstera plant that is beautiful.
Got too pricy for me...but the customer service is awesome and they keep bugs and rodents out thank goodness siloam springs can be proud for this business (give this company an award!) Perhaps give the business the keys to the city they turned a bad storage place into a really nice one
The rates seem to continuously go up every few months. I have a climate controlled unit & i can tell you for sure that there are bugs & critters constantly to the point I've even had to set multiple glue boards & catch everything from bugs to geckos to mice.
I am no stranger to using a self storage. I am however new to the idea of a contactless rental. I was short on time and needed a unit asap so I thought why not try it out. The QR code brought me straight to a website where I was able to find a local storage unit and after only a few minutes I was able to pay and get the gate code sent to me.
