Exceptional service and very accommodating! Ms. Cindy (Cynthia) was phenomenal and her work performance speaks for itself. Also, Dr. Kenneson was very thorough and detailed in explaining what services he would be necessary. All around it was an amazing experience. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They are willing to work with you financially and go the extra mile to ensure you are pleased. Thank you!!!!
I'm struggling to even post this, but if you have small children please do your due diligence and pay close attention. I brought 2 of my girls in for a check up. First red flag is that I wasn’t allowed in the room during the appointment. When they were finished, the told me one girl had 10 cavities and the other had 4 (I was mind blown because at our last appointment they had 0 and they take good care of their teeth). Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and caring at this office. I get my teeth cleaned here regularly and the hygienists are wonderful and give insight into how I can better care for my teeth. We love going to see Tina, Pam, Mellisa, and Taylor (not many people like going to the dentist.) My kids have had procedures and their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Middleton without any troubles. Even the financials have been correct and upfront regarding costs.
I love Silsbee Smiles! Dr. Middleton and his staff are amazing. I was there today and my anxiety was off the charts. Him and his nurse were so patient with me and we got everything worked out. I would recommend them to anyone, young to old!!
Dr Middleton was great with my 3 and 6 year olds who are nervous when it comes to dentists. Glad to have finally found the perfect dentist for my kiddos!
