I visited this facility I found Silver Birch of Fort Wayne for my mother. I visited the place. It was great and the visit was very helpful and informative. It's a very clean facility and welcoming. I was just really happy that there is a place that has more or less apartments for people who have special needs. It has more of a focus on individual care.

I visited this facility Not only is the community bright and beautiful, but the atmosphere internally matches the aesthetics! From the moment I stepped through the front doors, I was greeted happily by the receptionist who was able to direct me to where I needed to go. The staff were very friendly, the residents seemed happy and there was a great vibe in the air! Great community!

I visited this facility Silver Birch of Fort Wayne was brand new. The rooms were a good size. The staff members we worked with, the admissions director and marketing person, were both very helpful and accommodating. The place was open and modern, and the parking area was good. They have regular activities and transportation. The place was close to shopping areas. They have a theater room, activity room, game room, and different kinds of open community areas.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The lack of care and respect for residents is unacceptable. The administration and head nurses spend more time covering their mistakes than caring for people. If your looking for an assisted living situation for a loved one, please be careful with this company. I can only speak for the Hanna Street location. It may be new, but until they get all new -different staff from the top down, you may want to look elsewhere.
