cannot say enough positive things about Silverbirch Midtown and the care they provide. My mother, Elvia, resides in the memory care community, and we have been extremely pleased with her experience. I love it here, it is my home now. I'm going to live my life out here. Employees are very caring, respectful, actually loving, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Lots of hugs! Food is excellent, plenty of it! My apartment is a private 1 bedroom on ALTCS, they scrub it very clean. They wash the clothes and fold them nicely. LOTS of activities and I'm kept very busy. Very nice. Very clean and surprisingly genuinely hearted people I had an experience two times in the past with other companies like a manual campus of care as being one of them and I expected the same outcome this is more like the Hilton garden inn; the way they treat you is something hard fought at ascertaining in that regard. I would recommend this very highly to anybody; don't waste your time anywhere else! this is a gem.
The changes this community has made over the past year have been incredible. You can really see the difference in the level of care, the environment, and the overall atmosphere. The staff truly care about the residents and work hard to create a safe, welcoming place for them to live. Management has done a great job improving communication and making the community feel more like home for both residents and their families. It’s wonderful to see such dedication to providing quality care.
Silver Birch is an absolutely wonderful and welcoming place to be. The staff that work for Silver Birch are phenomenal and TRULY care about the residents. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. The provided extra-curricular activities are great. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a place to be.
