Exceptional Need more towels/hand towels in the room as well as regular coffee pods, bottled water. Offering black tea would be nice too. Real coffee mugs are preferred over the disposable cups. A microwave would be nice to have to heat pastries or reheat leftovers from Ruth's Chris Steak House.

Wonderful time in Reno Need more towels than provided on first day. Requested more from Housekeeping. Wish they would provide more small bottles of water during the stay. Excellent maid service, provided requested service with no problem. Had a nice time in Reno. Nice to see they are finally cleaning up the area. More incline to stay in Reno instead of Las Vegas.
