The very best place in Reno Nothing, it is a genuine great place to stay. Reno is Reno, a small but nice area with a lot of nice surroundings to explore. Silver Legacy was a very nice experience (we have always stayed in Sands, now J), but this was above our expectation, and we will stay there again. Staff were great, nice lobby and casino area, did not win anything but have fun anyway. We had a good time but our stay pales in comparison to our stay there in Jan. 2025. Very noisy outside window. Ice machine on our floor and floor above and below were out of service. Only elevator worked regularly and a second one on occasion worked. This lead to full elevator every trip up and down was very uncomfortable. Location

Well positioned casino with good access to casinos and other venues! The elevators were a huge issue as only one elevator was working for our section of floors which was 5-16. Also, the kiosks were all down upon the opportunity to check in to the facility and everyone had to check in at a representative. They did open the representative’s in the VIP player’s club area after the line was not really moving at all for one hour. The room itself was excellent and the parking at the facility in the garage was a huge plus.
