Pleasant The check-in procedure was painful. The check in kiosks did not work, which then forced you to stand in line for an hour to wait for a human to help you. Then they tell you the room you had reserved wasn’t available and they put you into a different room. And they were not nice about it. Additionally, the lobby decor is very dated. The beds and pillows were comfortable

I got a cozy night sleep. I called the front time but no one answered my call. There isn't a microwave oven in the room. One light didn't work. Only one little bar of soap. Coming from the parking garage into the elevators was really dirty, it smelled too. The air conditioning worked well. The beds were cozy. The shower was large and the carpet was clean. The drapes kept out the lights.

Pleasant Purtroppo c’è stato un problema riguardo l’elettricità/corrente quindi non erano utilizzabili le ascensori per tornare nelle stanze, abbiamo richiesto diverse volte dove si trovassero le scale di servizio ma non ci sono state indicate e finalmente dopo 2 ore di attesa in reception (seduti sul pavimento) ci hanno indicato le scale e così siamo arrivati in stanza (14 piani di scale ahah) :( Bellissimo, posizione perfetta, parcheggio buono, tutti i servizi.
