Empfehlenswertes Hotel mit Potential nach oben. Gesalzene Preise für Restaurantbesuche im Hotel. Check-in-Personal herablassend bis unfreundlich. Gute Lage im Herzen von Reno. Im Verhältnis moderate Zimmerpreise. Gut ausgestattete, schöne Zimmer. Leise Klimaanlage(!).

We would stay there again. No instructions left in the room about Wi-Fi connection or available restaurants in the casino. Did not know that Circus Circus was connected or at the El Dorado club. Some bars and other businesses inside were closed, but listed online as open. The room was nice and it was clean. The bathroom was remodeled and pleasant. We like the view from the 15th floor window. Staff was pleasant when asking questions.
