Good stay, served a purpose with location etc. Staff great and always helpful and supportive. Rooms smelt of smoke. Lifts were not working properly. Everything seemed dated other than the spa floor. Location, staff

Great stay! Good Reno experience. Rooms bit outdated but works fine! Hotel connected to the ROW, but still quiet enough from all the happening and everything thing on walking distance!

Husband had fun while I prepared of hospital procedure The reason I was there . Next day colonoscopy it was business not fun. The view up 23 floor.

Wonderful Lots of cigarette smoke, cigar smoke in the casino, need a better ventilation system , had to get up and move so smokey. Service was very slow. Ended going to my room . Clean, friendly, comfortable
