Good location to stay if you are going to a show here. Carpets need to be cleaned. Staff the check in desk at check in time! Check in line was very long, 1 clerk plus the self check-ins. Not sure why you wouldn't staff more at the 3:00 check in time! Took at least 20 min. in line. Friendly clerk, once I made it to his counter. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable, pillow was lumpy though. Carpet is in need of cleaning and a deep clean in the bathroom would be good but on the surface, it was clean. After checking in everything was excellent. I will stay there again on my visits . The only thing when asking at check in the people at the desk and kiosk could not give me directions correctly they pointed or said they didn’t know. A janitor gave me correct directions.Other than that a very pleasant stay Location, ,how clean the property was,the areas were maintained, after checking in the staff very helpful

Probably won’t be back despite the nice room. I hated the resort fee rip off. I hated the checkin process. I hated the kiosks. I disliked the early checkin fee. More ripoff there. Room was ok. Shower was great
