Good. Comfy. Clean. Slight smoke smell but not in the rooms It’s in downtown Reno but so is my work conference so it’s nothing against them at all. Always happy. Clean. And comfy

Wonderful Could hear noise from other rooms. But it was nor to bad. Nice View from window. Comfortable room

No hot showers here. The shower stall was nice but the max water temperature was only lukewarm. For my wife and I, it was barely tolerable. If you want a hot shower, forget it. Rooms were very nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Easy to get to UNR, found a new go to place to stay! Some of the staff could have been more courteous. Cleanliness, location, lots of restaurants!
