Great place to stay in Reno Housekeeping didn't clean the room until 4pm. Nice room, big shower, amazing location, good value. Wonderful bartenders and video poker. Checkout at 12.

Stay was last minute, greatly priced and clean My only complaint is that the shower didn't have very hot water. So I took a very quick, semi cold shower. Great value, clean room, available last minute which was all great.

I played but didn’t win a thing. The service was better before new ownership. Too bad. I paid extra for a spa room. We had zero view. We also could not have a late checkout. We called as they said in the morning of. They would not give me a one hour late check out. It was a Monday morning. Like all the rooms needed to be serviced all at the exact same on Monday morning. I was not impressed with the coffee shop Cafe Central. The good and service was poor.
