Nice stay in Reno No breakfast, early check in fee. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there early so had to pay an early check in fee. We like that the casino was downstairs and connected to 2 different casinos online. The street outside was a little rough with homeless people.
Exceptional The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed one night because our plans were to stay at Lake Tahoe.

Very Good It was ok. Dated in some areas. But overall a great value Location to the airport. Lobby has great character. Facilities were clean. Room was very clean and inviting.

Decent but pricy for the level of accomdations we got. Room was ok but not stellar. Elevator to casino was broken though. Staff service was ok - not stellar. The self check-in was kind of silly. Staff just stood around helping us with the machine. Why don't you just help us? Also the swimming pool hour was a joke - closed at 8pm? Also very small - very shallow. The location was good. The casinos were nice when combined with El Dorado and Circus Circus. I liked the food court just down the casino.

iT WAS A PERFECT STAY Nothing Everything
restful and comfortable we didnt have a chance to enjoy the pool because of the pool hours. we chose the hotel partly because it had a pool and yet we didn't get to use it. very comfortable and clean room, the room temperature was easy and accurate to control, good mattress, we liked the noon checkout time!
